




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support and Services Engineer to resolve technical issues remotely and on-site, performing equipment maintenance and installation. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for self-taught and communicative professionals IT Support and Services Engineer Work Modality: Office-based work 50% and field visits 50% Office Activities: Provide ticket-based support via direct customer service channels; remotely resolve issues related to firewalls, alarms, cameras, access points, printers, computers, virtual machines, and other devices; document incidents in the help desk system; support data center infrastructure. Field Visit Activities: Travel to various cities in Nayarit; perform equipment maintenance and installation; install cabling; load and unload equipment. Requirements: * Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related field. * Self-taught with strong communication skills. * Proficient in operating a standard vehicle. * Willingness to travel. * Availability to work on weekends. Desirable: * Experience in help desk operations providing remote support. * Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, video surveillance systems, and access control systems. * Customer service experience.
