Organized profile focused on order and control **Location:** Atlas Neighborhood, Guadalajara, Jalisco. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Job Description We are looking for an In-House Assistant to carry out operational and administrative tasks directly at the client’s facilities (transfer from the Rio Suchiate parcel facility to the client’s premises). The candidate will be responsible for controlling and documenting goods, ensuring order and proper communication with the internal team. Main Responsibilities: * Receiving and documenting goods or packages delivered by the client. * Controlling and recording information in the system. * Maintaining constant communication with the SAC team and the operations department. * Tracking and controlling shipments. Requirements: * Organized profile focused on order and control (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operation. * Responsible and possessing strong communication skills. * Ability to work within established processes.
