Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. Work Experience: 2–3 years in labor relations, personnel administration / HR generalist roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Knowledge of the Social Security Law (LSS). Intermediate to Advanced English. Responsibilities Verify and ensure staffing levels are complete per authorized headcount list for each facility. Timely execution of weekly and biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate payment. Weekly review of staff classifications, ensuring timely implementation of changes. Lead timely communication across operational areas using various tools—including administrative and operational briefings, corporate announcements, communication boards, etc. Apply the Internal Work Regulations (IWR) and disciplinary action table according to operational situations involving employees. Maintain up-to-date employee data across all systems and personnel files. Administer the “EOS” survey to achieve maximum participation from eligible DHL employees. Implement actions arising from complaint and suggestion boxes to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and position DHL as the best place to work. Manage and ensure timely processing of food voucher cards for employees. Ensure timely onboarding of new hires into the HRMS system and update information in Smart Time to guarantee correct payroll processing via Humansite for employees. Ensure enrollment of employees and their beneficiaries in SGMM (Major Medical Expense Insurance), as well as provide guidance on its application to employees.
