




Position Summary: Provides support in human resources administration, including recruitment, payroll, personnel control, and employee assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Employee assistance and guidance **Responsibilities** \-Support recruitment and selection processes. \-Prepare and maintain physical and digital employee files. \-Monitor employee onboarding, orientation, and termination. \-Support payroll administration (recording incidents, overtime, absences, vacations). \-Control and update employment contracts and legal documentation. \-Support registration, deregistration, and modifications with IMSS. \-Maintain attendance, disability, and leave records. \-Provide basic HR-related assistance and guidance to employees. \-Support the organization of training sessions and internal events. \-Prepare administrative reports for the department. \-Comply with and promote internal policies and labor regulations. \-Support workplace climate and internal communication activities. **Requirements** \-Letter of recommendation \-Minimum 2 years of experience. \-Knowledge of payroll systems. \-Knowledge of the IMSS platform. \-Administrative processes.
