Req ID: 77014 **Description** --------------- Equipment Engineering Tech 6 **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment. * Executes setup changes required by production. * Proposes equipment improvement projects. * Prepares daily maintenance reports. * Verifies the preventive maintenance scheduling of equipment. * Identifies failures and performs corrective maintenance on production equipment. * Uses and interprets diagrams to carry out corrective maintenance activities. * Conducts setup tests to verify functionality and/or identify equipment failures. * Performs manual assembly of small components using a microscope. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Visual acuity to view devices smaller than 1 mm under a microscope. * Use of measuring instruments (multimeter, vernier caliper, pyrometer, air/vacuum gauge). * Use of mechanical tools. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams. **Preferred Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- * Education: Completed high school; technical degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or incomplete degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science preferred. * Experience: >1 year of experience in electronic equipment maintenance and use of measurement equipment; experience working with cross\-functional teams.
