Responsibilities: Understand and implement commercial and customer satisfaction strategies aimed at achieving objectives. Promote and increase sales across all product lines as well as services. Manage, monitor, and keep the customer portfolio updated in the system. Prospect, attract, and serve potential customers. Provide feedback to the sales assistant regarding actual product demand. Ensure accurate recording of sales and prospect information in work systems. Facilitate and monitor compliance with Comprehensive Certification standards.
