We ensure that your supply chain benefits from special agreements we have established with various courier companies, enabling you to use their services at competitive rates. **JOIN OUR TEAM AS:** **CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years in a similar position * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Systems, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or related field * Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) **Knowledge in:** * Customer service and support * Computer use and internet navigation on PC and smartphone * Use of technological applications * ERP system management **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users and platforms * Create and update internal manuals * Train internal and external users on platform usage * Respond to calls and emails from internal and external customers * Address inconsistencies arising from platform usage * Provide tracking-related customer service and support for packages **Skills:** * Verbal communication * Problem solving * Teamwork * Customer service * Excellent communication * Frustration tolerance **Skills:** * Analysis and resolution of problems. * Teamwork. * Achievement of set results and objectives. * Planning and organization. * Articulate speaking **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $9,500.00 * Attendance, punctuality, and productivity bonuses totaling $2,500.00 * Statutory benefits * 20-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation premium at 40%.
