We are now looking for your talent as: *CONTROL ROOM ASSISTANT* **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Conduct general vehicle inspections prior to each departure and identify mechanical failures. * Determine whether a vehicle is in optimal condition for operation. * Enter work orders into SAP based on technical findings. * Direct communication with internal and external customers, primarily drivers. * Monitor and track vehicle status within the workshop. **Ideal Profile:** * Prior experience in areas such as: control room operations, after-sales service, transportation company operations, or similar roles. * Availability to rotate shifts: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm 10:00 pm to 6:00 am * Excellent service attitude, courteous demeanor, and solution-oriented mindset. * Intermediate computer and Excel proficiency. * Preferably reside near Central Nueva or have personal transportation to facilitate commuting. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Weekly payment via Banamex account. * 5% attendance bonus. * Monthly food vouchers amounting to 4% of salary. * Complimentary uniform. * Ongoing training. * Medical services. * Social security coverage from day one. * 100% IMSS contributions. * Life insurance through GNP Seguros. * Profit-sharing distribution in May. * Professional growth and development. * Statutory benefits.
