Job Summary: We are seeking telephone agents for the Control Room to handle customer calls for document verification, contract generation, and installation follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. If you have experience in this field and are passionate about continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities:** Handle customer calls for document verification, contract generation, and installation follow-up We offer: * **Base monthly salary: $9,452** * **Bonus: $1,000** * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Paid training Requirements: * **Completed high school diploma (certificate required)** * **Call Center ATC experience // Minimum 6-month validation** * **Flexible availability for shift scheduling** Schedule: * **Monday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (rotating weekday rest)** * **Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (rotating weekday rest)** ### **\*Must not have previously worked for Grupo Salinas or have outstanding debts with Banco Azteca\*** Work Location **Monrovia 1117, Portales Nte, Benito Juárez, CDMX**
