Responsibilities and Activities * **Sweet Bread Production:** Full-scale preparation of doughs for sweet bread (conchas, cuernitos, donuts, rolls, etc.) * **Shaping and Forming:** Manually shaping pieces with dexterity and speed to maintain production pace. * **Creative Decoration:** Application of glazes, coatings, sugars, and fillings to achieve excellent visual finish. * **Teamwork** * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintaining the workbench, tools, and equipment (mixers, cutters) in impeccable hygienic condition. * **Waste Control (Suggestion):** Optimizing ingredient usage to avoid dough or ingredient waste. * **Seasonal Innovation (Suggestion):** Contributing ideas for special breads (Day of the Dead, Rosca de Reyes, or new creations). Minimum Requirements * **Age:** 18 to 45 years old. * **Education:** Completed secondary school (minimum). * **Experience:** Verifiable experience in sweet bread baking (dough handling, yeast management, and decoration). * **Availability:** Full-time. * **Skills:** Physical capability for bakery work, punctuality, and attention to detail.
