Support in monthly accounting closings and preparation of working papers Importer of premium construction finishing materials seeks a **Senior Accounting Assistant**; we are located ***next to Parque Viveros*** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience with ERP or accounting systems * Familiarity with platforms: SAT, IMSS, IDSE, SUA, DIOT **Shared Responsibilities with the Team:** * Recording of accounting journal entries * Bank reconciliations * Accounts payable and accounts receivable * Application of payments to suppliers (domestic and foreign) * Control and recording of import expenses * Support in monthly accounting closings * Preparation of working papers for tax filings * Tax calculation and filing * Generation of financial reports * Control and organization of the accounting archive * Support in internal and external audits **Offered:** * Salary: $18,000 monthly * Weekly payroll * Statutory benefits from day one * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Life insurance * 30-day year-end bonus * Major Medical Expense Insurance Employment Type: Full-time, Trainee Salary: $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
