**DIBAR COMMERCIALIZING COMPANY** **A 100% Mexican company with 29 years of experience in the manufacturing, bottling, and distribution of medical supplies, present across much of the national territory, is seeking a REVENUE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT.** Join our team as a: **REVENUE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT.** · Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Accountancy, or Business Administration. · Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in similar positions. · Location: Iztacalco, 08500 Mexico City, CDMX. Near Puebla or Agrícola Oriental metro stations. · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Verify customer bank deposits corresponding to the current month. * Organize, classify, and enter all daily collections reports into the COI system. * Enter collection data for each individual invoice into the assigned ERP system. * Issue Credit Notes to customers when necessary. * Assist in monitoring customer accounts receivable to ensure timely payments. * Prepare periodic reports on company revenue. * Generate accounts receivable reports. * Collaborate with the team in preparing financial statements. **Required Knowledge:** * Proficiency in COI * Proficiency in SAE * Proficiency in Excel * ASPEL * Email **We Offer:** · Weekly payments via BANCOMER. · Statutory benefits. · Job stability.
