You will play a key role in supporting the company’s accounting and financial management by recording, controlling, and analyzing economic information—ensuring accuracy in reporting and efficiency in resource administration. **Main Responsibilities** * Record and keep accounting information up to date in the **COI** system. * Perform **bank and supplier reconciliations**, ensuring accurate integration of information. * Prepare **working papers, tax returns (ISR, IVA)**, and **payment files**. * Prepare, analyze, and interpret **financial statements** to support decision-making. * Manage and control **invoices, receipts, supporting documents, and checks**, ensuring proper documentation. * Monitor **accounts receivable and accounts payable**, maintaining a healthy portfolio. * Participate in the **planning and execution of physical and accounting inventories**. * Provide **administrative support** for internal and external procedures related to financial operations. * Ensure **correct fiscal payroll stamping** and compliance with tax obligations. **Competencies and Skills** * Proficiency in **accounting systems (COI)** and Office tools (Advanced Excel). * Solid knowledge of **Mexican tax and accounting standards**. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organization, responsibility, and sense of confidentiality. * Teamwork skills and effective communication across departments. **Requirements** * Valid and up-to-date documentation. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Graduated or Intern). * Positive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Genuine growth opportunities.
