If you have an analytical profile and solid training in management control, this opportunity is for you. \- Conduct operational audits at group restaurants, bars, and consumption centers. \- Validate proper application of refunds, discounts, complimentary services, and cancellation policies. \- Verify integrity of opening, closing, and cash reconciliation processes. \- Review expiration dates, storage conditions, and food safety standards in warehouses, kitchens, and bars. \- Perform spot checks of products served at tables versus system records (actual consumption vs. billed). \- Review supplier deliveries, inventory control, and traceability of supplies. \- Identify deviations, anomalies, or non-compliances, documenting photographic and written evidence. \- Prepare executive reports of findings with risk classification (critical, major, minor). \- Follow up on corrective action plans with responsible departments. \- Propose improvements to procedures to strengthen operational control.
