We are seeking an Audit Assistant for our Majestic Resorts Costa Mujeres complex. The objective is to ensure control, validation, and accurate recording of the hotel’s physical inventory processes, ensuring proper asset, warehouse, and consumption center administration, and guaranteeing compliance with standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. * Validate compliance with internal policies and quality standards. * Enter reports into Excel. **Skills:** * High attention to detail. * Honesty and integrity. * Analytical ability. * Organizational skills. * Discretion and confidentiality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, Logistics, or related field. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel knowledge. * Excellent service attitude. * SAP knowledge (desirable).
