




**TEMPORARY POSITION** Objective: Coordinate the evaluation of operational and administrative and financial actions, verifying and determining compliance with procedures in accordance with both internal and external laws and regulations, in order to ensure that the Institution’s objectives are met within criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, and transparent management, reporting to the Head of the Audit Department for decision-making. Some of the activities to be performed include the following: * Update the five MCT lists with information received from different departments/operations. * Create, modify, and update organizational charts for the various branches and operations. * Create, modify, and update job description forms for personnel across the various branches and operations. * Create, modify, and update procedure forms for personnel across the various branches and operations. * Resolve queries and instruct staff regarding the required information and structure for developing job descriptions and procedures. * Review with internal clients potential improvements that can be implemented in the area to enhance efficiency. * Conduct process mapping for the entire management system and requested areas. * Carry out supervision walkthroughs in the production area. * Execute and monitor the review plan according to the pre-established schedule for each operation. * Develop policies as needed by various departments.
