We seek talent with a service orientation and attention to detail to join our team as an **Administrative Assistant | Help Desk**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, log, and route tenant and client reports via Help Desk, email, or phone, ensuring follow-up and resolution. * Coordinate general services such as cleaning, parking, and supplies. * Conduct facility inspection rounds. * Support front desk staff on matters related to lobby operations, visitor management, security, and cleaning. * Draft and distribute communications to tenants and users. * Assist in managing purchase orders, contracts, insurance policies, campaigns, and other administrative processes. * Cover duties during the absence of the Financial Administrative Assistant or front desk staff. * Capture, track, and monitor requested records and reports. * Manage internal and external correspondence. * Administer access cards and office supply requests. * Monitor and report incidents involving cleaning, security, and technical staff. * Support logistics for internal events, training courses, and general administrative activities. **Requirements:** * Incomplete or completed degree in administrative or related fields. * Customer service focus and teamwork orientation. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Availability to work in **Reforma Centro, at the level of the Angel of Independence.** **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Grocery vouchers * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Job stability and professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and professional work environment.
