Job Description** Design, lead, and supervise customized and group physical training programs aimed at improving gym members’ physical fitness, strength, balance, and overall well-being, promoting healthy habits and responsible use of sports equipment. ' **2. Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., including one hour for lunch; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. ' **3. Work Location** Etla District, Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca ' **4. Main Responsibilities** * Develop architectural projects across all stages (conceptual, executive, and detailed); * Produce architectural drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit; * Generate 3D modeling and visualizations in Revit, SketchUp, and/or Rhino; * Properly integrate installations, structures, and construction systems into the architectural project; * Coordinate and supervise on-site construction work, as well as interactions with technical teams, contractors, and suppliers; * Apply bioclimatic design principles: natural ventilation, orientation, solar exposure, and shadow control; * Design projects that harmoniously integrate with the natural environment, minimizing environmental impact; * Select and specify sustainable, locally sourced materials appropriate to the project context; * Verify compliance with urban regulations, construction codes, environmental provisions, and applicable permits. Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in architectural project development and/or construction supervision. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory. Attributes: Organization, technical analysis, and teamwork. ' **7.
