




**Location:** VYNMSA Industrial Park, León, Guanajuato **Job Description:** An international leader in **cold chain logistics** is seeking an **Administrative Operations Assistant**, responsible for document control, operational tracking, and administrative support to ensure the proper flow of receipts, shipments, and customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, reconcile, and close **receipts and outbound entries in the system** * Deliver labels to the warehouse and prepare documentation for shipments * Receive and release operators in coordination with the warehouse department * Generate reports on **routes, inventories, stock levels, and service levels** * Handle special customer requests via phone or in person * Archive and organize generated documentation * Provide operational data support to billing and other departments * Report and follow up on discrepancies in receipts or shipments * Request authorizations for additional services when applicable **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** and Microsoft Office suite * Experience in administrative functions, operations control, or warehouse activities (preferred) * Ability to use basic office tools (calculator, administrative equipment) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities **Schedule:** * Monday through Saturday * Morning shift: **9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Afternoon shift: **4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) * Statutory benefits from day one * 16 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 25% vacation premium * 3% savings fund contribution * Job stability with an international logistics company Job Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
