




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle phone calls, organize documents, and assist with billing and inventory control tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive office and document file management 2. Administrative support in order processing and customer service 3. Proficiency in office software (CONPAQ, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Responsibilities** * Answer phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries * Receive, file, scan, and organize physical or digital documents * Create and maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic) * Billing * Request material quotations from suppliers * Monitor inventory of administrative supplies (stationery) * Provide administrative support related to printing orders and customer service **Office Software Proficiency** * CONPAQ, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc. **Education** * High school diploma **Work Schedule** * 8:00 am – 6:00 pm * Monday – Friday **Age Requirement** 25 – 45 years old Statutory Benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Office experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
