Job Purpose To provide operational and administrative support to ensure the proper functioning of internal processes, maintain orderly documentation, assist with internal and external customer service, and guarantee efficiency, control, and compliance in administrative activities. Main Functions and Responsibilities Administrative: \- Management and control of physical and digital files. \- Drafting and tracking letters, reports, official communications, and documents. \- Registration and updating of databases. \- Invoice control and support in expense reporting and bank transaction reporting. \- Liaison with banking institutions. Operational: \- Management of utility services (water, electricity, telephone). \- Telephone and email correspondence handling. \- Office supply and material inventory control. \- Data entry into administrative systems. General Support: \- Mail and correspondence reception. \- Support to various departments (HR, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, IMSS). \- Additional tasks as assigned. Job Profile Education: \- Completed high school or technical degree (Administration, Accounting, or related field). Experience: \- 1–2 years in administrative roles. Knowledge: \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Document drafting. \- Document management.
