Maintenance of order and organization in the work area. **Position Summary (Primary Objective):** Provide administrative support to the administrative-accounting department. **Key Responsibilities:** · Receive, direct, and handle telephone calls and electronic messages. · Attend to the public (customers, suppliers, visitors). · Manage physical and/or digital filing systems. · Perform photocopying, scanning, and document digitization. · Maintain control and records of documents. · Perform basic inventory control of stationery and office supplies. · Handle receipt and dispatch of parcels and courier services. · Prepare simple reports. · Maintain general order and organization of the work area.
