Interaction with faculty members and academic departments **Job Objective** Provide administrative support to the Evaluation Department, ensuring proper organization, registration, and tracking of information related to academic evaluation processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Data entry and updating of information in institutional systems. * Organization and safekeeping of academic files and documentation. * Administrative follow-up of evaluation processes and results. * Support in logistics for in-person and online evaluations. * Preparation of basic reports and management of physical and digital files. * Assistance to faculty members and academic departments regarding evaluation-related matters. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Management, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in administrative tasks (preferably in the educational sector). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information. **Competencies** * Effective communication * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment * Planning and organization Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 – $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
