




Due to expansion, we are seeking an **Administrative Assistant // Payroll** \***Responsibilities**\* Accurately prepare the administrative payroll; monitor internal controls related to both payroll and HR; attend to employees regarding payroll matters. \***Essential Functions**\* * Basic knowledge of weekly and bi-weekly payroll calculation for the organization. * Basic knowledge of processing employee-related transactions with IMSS. * Preparation and control of payroll receipts. * Theoretical knowledge of severance settlements and liquidations. * Collect and maintain up-to-date employee information. * Provide payroll-related guidance and advice to employees. * Manage and control paperwork and documentation. \***Job Requirements**\* * Education: Technical degree in Accounting or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. * Experience interacting with employees. * Proficiency in Excel (Basic). * Preferred: Experience using accounting software (e.g., Aspel or similar). \***Skills**\* * High sense of responsibility. * Proactive. * Adherence to established procedures. * Results-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure. \***Offer**\* * Salary: $11,000 MXN per month (net) * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, year-end bonus) * Job stability and professional development \***Work Schedule**\* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site
