Job Description We are seeking an **Accounting Management Supervisor** who aims to develop and apply their expertise in the following activities: Responsibilities * Supervise the accounting team (**NO DATA ENTRY**) * Validate journal entries, trial balances, subsidiary ledgers, and reconciliations prepared by staff * Ensure tax compliance: VAT (IVA), Income Tax (ISR), DIOT, SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Review CFDIs and data flows among Aspel COI, SAE, NOI, and BANCO * Implement internal controls and report to management. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (graduated or advanced intern) * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general and tax accounting * Proficiency in Aspel systems (COI, SAE, NOI, BANCO) — **MANDATORY** * Solid knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), ISR, IVA, CFDI, and corporate tax obligations * Intermediate to **ADVANCED** Excel skills * Experience supervising staff — **PREFERRED** * Preferably reside near Milpa Alta or adjacent areas. **Skills** * Organization and attention to detail * High sense of responsibility and professional ethics * Ability to meet deadlines * Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills * Proactivity and analytical thinking * Ability to explain accounting concepts to non-technical personnel **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company * Opportunities for career growth and a structured career plan * Work location: Milpa Alta, CDMX * Competitive salary: $26,000 to $33,000 MXN per month (based on experience) Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.**, or **Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $26,000.00 – $33,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site
