Profile we seek * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * **Status:** Graduated or intern * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in accounting recordkeeping * **Desirable:** Experience in an accounting firm * **Residence:** Metropolitan area, no more than one hour away—mandatory. **Knowledge**: * Financial Information Standards (NIF) * Calculation of Income Tax Withholding (ISPT) on salaries and wages * Analysis of trial balance * Provisional tax payments and annual tax returns (individuals and legal entities – basic knowledge) * Procedures before the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) * Fixed asset control * Management of supplier payments * Invoicing: Issued and received CFDIs * Review of tax compliance requirements **Tools and systems** * COI * CONTPAQi Accounting * SUA * IMSS and IDSE platforms * SAT portal * Office (Excel and Word – intermediate level) **Main responsibilities** * Accounting recordkeeping * Reconciliation of sales and customer accounts * VAT reconciliation (output and input VAT) * Supplier control * Scheduling and payment of services * Expense accruals * Depreciation recording * Bank reconciliations * Related administrative tasks **Key skills** * Excellent professional appearance and image * Clear verbal and written communication * Mental agility and proactivity * Organization and punctuality * Ability to work under pressure **Employment conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Salary:** $14,000 gross monthly * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one and **life insurance** Are you interested?
