




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the integration of financial data, prepare reports, and maintain the organization of accounting and administrative records. Experience: 1–2 years in administrative or accounting roles (preferred). Experience handling documents, analyzing information, and preparing reports. **Technical Knowledge and Skills** * Intermediate Excel proficiency (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas). * Proficiency in Word and basic writing skills. * General understanding of accounting and administrative processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze accounting and banking information to support accurate financial data integration. * Prepare and update reports, databases, and internal documents. * Review and validate information from various sources (banking, administrative, accounting). * Follow up on pending items and support documentation management. * Enter and organize records in established systems and formats. * Support the accounting team in activities related to reconciliations, verifications, and document control. * Comply with the firm’s internal processes and operational policies.
