Unit L\-04 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the store leader in the overall management of the store and achievement of commercial objectives Supervise, coordinate, and motivate the sales team Monitor daily sales and productivity metrics Manage cash operations: cash register closings, cash counts, and cash control Provide effective customer service and issue resolution Assist in training and onboarding new employees Identify and follow up on staff incidents Ensure correct execution of operational and administrative processes Assist with store opening and closing procedures Supervise store organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation SCHEDULE Monday through Sunday, with a 1-hour lunch break Opening shift: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Closing shift: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. One weekday day off. **Desired education level:** High school diploma (or equivalent) **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Retail / Retail trade **Skills:** * LEADERSHIP * STAFF MANAGEMENT * CASH HANDLING * EXCEL PROFICIENCY * TEAMWORK *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0ce8063700005d008fbb04\&source\=indeed*
