Requirements: Age: 25 to 45 years old Gender: Indistinct Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree Driver’s license preferred Responsibilities: \- Download the database to obtain customer information and invite them to schedule maintenance services. \- Schedule appointments in person and through the company’s digital channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, website, and email). \- Confirm appointments. \- Share appointment reports with Parts Department so parts required can be scheduled. \- Review bulletins to identify whether vehicles of the brand are covered by campaigns and invite customers to come in for service. \- Prepare reports as requested by the department.
