Celular Express (Celex) is seeking your experience as: **RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR** Join our accessories sales division in stores: CENCEL, CAC'S, SANBORNS, COMPANY-OWNED STORES, AND EKT Which stores are covered? **SOUTH ZONE AND CUERNAVACA** **What do we offer?:** -- Base salary: $15,000 MXN gross per month -- PLUS COMMISSIONS -- Statutory benefits: effective from day one -- Additional benefits: (Gasoline vouchers, Grocery vouchers, Savings fund, Automotive service (twice per year)) Direct employment contract with the company -- Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday rest day -- Business hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM **Requirements:** -- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite -- Availability to commute to CDMX and Cuernavaca -- Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) for commuting (mandatory) -- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising work teams in RETAIL (preferably in technology or telecommunications) **Your responsibilities will include:** Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and provide feedback to sales staff to improve performance. Goal Achievement (KPIs): Monitor real-time sales conversion rate, revenue generation, and new activations within your assigned zone. Point-of-Sale (POS) Supervision: Visit stores to ensure proper execution of strategies, verify product availability, and maintain correct brand image (planograms). Operational Management: Manage inventory levels, report incidents, and ensure proper store closing procedures.
