Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to operational cafeteria equipment, ensuring proper operation and reducing incidents affecting daily operations. Main Responsibilities * Preventive maintenance of coffee machines and bar equipment. * Diagnosis and repair of minor technical failures. * Deep cleaning, basic adjustments, and calibrations. * Inspection of electrical and light refrigeration equipment. * Tracking and ordering of spare parts. * Recording activities in logbooks. * Supporting maintenance scheduling. * Coordinating with external vendors when required. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance of cafeteria, restaurant, or similar equipment. * Knowledge of basic electricity and technical diagnosis. * Organizational skills and follow-up on pending tasks. * Availability for local travel.
