Position: Maintenance Technician for Restaurant Location: Mérida, Yucatán Job Objective: Ensure the proper functioning of restaurant equipment and facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing operational continuity and safety. Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of: * Grills * Electrical installations * Air conditioning units * Ice cream machines * Coffee machines * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution. * Compliance with safety and maintenance protocols. Requirements: * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Valid INE (Mexican official ID). * Residence in Mérida, Yucatán. * Demonstrable knowledge of general restaurant equipment maintenance.
