Therefore, we are looking for you to join our team as: **Imaging Engineer** Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Biomedical, or Mechatronics (GRADUATED) * Previous experience of 1 year in a similar position * Intermediate English, preferably with certification * Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, and medical equipment (CT scanners, X-ray, ultrasounds) * Availability to work full-time (Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) * Willingness to travel to other healthcare facilities within the city and metropolitan area Responsibilities: * Ensure proper maintenance of computer equipment and CRs. * Perform maintenance on medical equipment (CT scanners, X-ray, ultrasounds, etc.) * Conduct preventive maintenance. * Reduce potential risks in installed equipment. * Timely respond to corrective maintenance requests from hospitals or clinics. * Meet established standard repair time requirements. * Implement policies. * Provide adequate customer service. * Use control documents to manage reports timely and accurately. * Report any anomalies or deviations from procedures promptly. * Follow applicable work procedures and instructions. * Provide technical support and obtain customer sign-off upon service completion.
