




We are looking for someone passionate about service and people management to be our new **BRANCH MANAGER.** Main responsibilities: * KPI compliance: Achieve business profitability results focused on sales, food and beverage costs, turnover, and guest satisfaction. * Sales focus * Supervise all areas of the restaurant, guest service, food preparation, cleaning, and branch maintenance. * Cost control and management. * Ensure quality standards. * Personnel management: Interview candidates, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and turnover control. * Leadership and motivation: Inspire the team, foster a positive work environment, and promote internal development. * Conflict resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues, employee concerns, or customer complaints. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in restaurants (not fast food) * Bachelor's degree in gastronomy, administration, or related field * Flexible availability Job type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dining service Work location: On-site
