Meet customer requirements and expectations throughout the entire process—from order receipt to service completion. Additionally, manage evidence recovery in accordance with instructions provided by the customer, ensuring proper closure of each operation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify unit availability with the traffic department. * Interact with customers regarding unit availability and marketing to manage service requests. * Record agreed-upon requests in the system. * Generate invoices for electronic stamping.
