In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing unit prices for construction projects, helping the company establish accurate and competitive budgets. Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting unit price analyses for various projects. * Studying the construction materials market to assess pricing. * Performing construction quantity take-offs and preparing quotations. * Creating and updating concept catalogs used in projects. * Using software such as OPUS, Excel, etc. **Requirements:** --------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (a completed degree is preferred). * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in unit price analysis. * Knowledge of the NEODATA software suite. * Experience in quotations, generator counts, quantity take-offs, and concept catalogs. * Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
