Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor to manage and develop customer relationships, prospect new customers, and provide in-store support for a decorative products company. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on prospecting and after-sales service We are a Mexican company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in the sale of blinds and decorative items. We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Commercial Team. **OBJECTIVE:** Manage and develop strategic customer relationships, prospect new customers for the company, support existing customers, and assist the store (Av. Diana Branch) on commercial matters. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advising customers and prospects * Taking measurements at customer’s homes * Sales follow-up and after-sales service * Administrative management * Performing duties related to the position * Multichannel customer service * Processing orders in the system * Customer reporting * Supporting store presentation and organization **EDUCATION:** * Completed high school diploma * Basic mathematics (addition, percentages) **EXPERIENCE:** * We provide product training! Experience handling demanding customers and resolving conflicts. * Minimum 2 years in a sales role * Basic Excel knowledge **DESIRABLE:** * ERP system knowledge * CRM usage * Sales, customer service, or similar training courses * Knowledge of the decoration industry – blinds * 1 year of administrative experience **WE OFFER:** * Commission earnings of 10% **with no commission cap.** * Monthly financial support of $8,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm; Saturdays, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm **If you meet the profile, apply through this channel and we will contact you as soon as possible.
