We are a Spanish Sports Club with over 100 years of experience, located in the southern part of Mexico City (CDMX), in the borough of Coyoacán, and we are seeking: General Maintenance Staff **Work area: Near Estadio Azteca / Registro Federal Light Rail Station.** Work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off. Intermediate shift is offered. If you seek job stability, this is the right place. If interested, contact: five, six, six, zero, eight, nine, three, five, eight, eight. **IMMEDIATE HIRING** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum one year of experience. * Knowledge of maintenance (preventive and corrective functions within the club\-park). * Preventive and corrective maintenance, including minor repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Basic knowledge of electricity (inspections, simple connections, diagnostic support, etc.). * Minimum education: completed elementary school with certificate. * Valid documentation. * Park\/club maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain park facilities and equipment in optimal condition through preventive and corrective maintenance. * Perform basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and carpentry; promptly detect and address malfunctions; ensure order and proper functioning of work areas; and comply with established safety regulations.
