This role is ideal for a **senior-level professional** with strong technical expertise and leadership aptitude who wants to directly impact the development of **high-traffic mobile applications** in the transportation and digital services sector. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead and coordinate the **Android development team**, promoting best practices and high performance. * Design, develop, and maintain **scalable and high-performance Android applications**. * Serve as the **technical reference**, solving complex problems and supporting team growth. * Implement and optimize **CI/CD processes** for Android. * Continuously improve **user experience (UX/UI)** and application performance. * Coordinate integration with **cloud services** (AWS and Google Cloud). * Integrate **automated tests** into the development workflow. * Participate in defining the company’s **mobile strategy and technological innovation**. **What we’re looking for in you** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * **+4 years of Android development experience**. * **+2 years leading technical teams**. * Proficiency in **Kotlin and Java 8**. * Experience with architectures such as **MVVM, MVP, MVI, Clean Architecture**. * Solid knowledge of **Android Jetpack and Jetpack Compose**. * Experience with **Android CI/CD** (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitrise, CircleCI). * Integration of **REST and GraphQL APIs**. * Experience with **Firebase**, mobile security, and consumption of cloud services. * Preferred: experience building **Android SDKs for third parties**. **Key skills** * Technical leadership and decision-making. * Excellent communication and teamwork. * Analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems. * Organization and adaptability. * Focus on quality, security, and continuous improvement. **Work modality and location** * **Hybrid modality**: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote. * **Location:** Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City. **What we offer** * Statutory benefits. * Company-provided computer equipment. * Professional growth and involvement in strategic decisions.
