




Company dedicated to the buying and selling of heavy machinery parts is looking to add a dedicated and efficient ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to its team, who will provide necessary and/or proactive support to ensure smooth operation within the work area by implementing preventive measures such as keeping required procedures up to date, scheduling meetings/activities, preventing accumulation of expenses without invoices, among others. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implementation of internal control processes. * Requesting and managing payment complements issued by suppliers. * Generating expense journal entries. * Reconciliation of income versus invoices. * Compilation of information for DIOT. * Integration of accounting information. * Review of accounts receivable compilation. * Review of deductible and non-deductible expenses. * Administrative support in Sinube: * Payment scheduling * Payroll processing and issuance of payroll receipts. * Fuel control. * Monthly customs clearance report. * Control of payments to ACD and ARAS suppliers in the SINUBE system. * Vehicle management (fiscal documentation for units). * Auxiliary support to General Manager. * Auxiliary support to Legal Representative. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **KNOWLEDGE:** CFDI requirements for legal entities and individuals according to their tax regime, computer skills, including Office suite, knowledge of any ERP system, experience with payroll processing. **COMPETENCIES:** Empathy Dynamism Effective communication Self-control Cooperation **EDUCATION:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **EXPERIENCE** 3 years in similar positions PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET THE PROFILE.
