Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage and deliver construction materials at the job site, responsible for inventory, receiving, and warehouse organization. Key Highlights: 1. We are hiring due to expansion, **Warehouse Clerk** to safeguard, control, and deliver construction materials at the job site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate incoming/outgoing transactions, up-to-date inventories, and orderly warehouse operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Material Receiving**: Verify against purchase order/delivery note, count, conduct physical inspection, and record receipt. * **Material Control and “Accounting”**: Stock cards/inventory records, stock levels, maximum/minimum thresholds, reporting. * **Material Distribution** to work crews/contractors: picking, voucher control, and signature confirmation upon receipt. * **Control of Deliveries and Receipts** (logs, forms, supporting documentation). * **Order and Cleanliness** of the warehouse and **yard area** (organized by category, labeling, safety). * Report **shortages, losses, damages**, and critical materials to the site supervisor. **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years’ experience** as a warehouse clerk/stock keeper (preferably on construction sites or in construction materials). * Experience managing **inventories**, and controlling incoming/outgoing materials. * Basic proficiency in **Excel** (data entry, tables, counting). * Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented with a focus on control. * Familiarity with construction materials (formwork, steel, tools, PPE, etc.). **We Offer** * Biweekly payroll * 100% salary registered with IMSS * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Major medical expense insurance * 30-day year-end bonus **Contact:** Send your application or CV via WhatsApp to **8128618275** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
