




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to address client inquiries, manage technical requests, coordinate landscape architecture and civil works projects, and support the review of documentation. Support in reviewing drawings and preparing progress reports **Responsibilities**: * Address client inquiries, channel requests, and maintain consistent communication with clients * Record, track, and close technical requests, incidents, and requirements * Receive, interpret, and convey information related to landscape architecture and civil works projects * Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and construction supervisors to ensure timelines and deliverables * Support basic review of drawings, specifications, and construction progress to accurately inform clients * Prepare progress reports, logs, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation * Organize and update project files, contracts, drawings, and technical documentation * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and technical data sheets * Conduct site visits to verify progress, take photographs, and collect information **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Design, or related field * Prior experience in architecture firms, construction companies, or landscape enterprises is desirable * Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic–intermediate level) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Conditions**: * Salary: $18,600 (freelance basis) + commissions * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9–6 * Remote work (on-site during training) Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $16,800.00 per month Benefits: * Remote work Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * AutoCAD: 2 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
