To coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper operation of assigned health services, as well as medical care linked to current membership policies. Requirements: * Proven experience of 1–2 years in Occupational Health (mandatory). * Valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: * Coordinate on-site occupational medical care with physicians. * Supervise the proper execution of medical examinations under non-recurring programs (entry, periodic, and exit exams). This includes developing appropriate client profiles. * Improve medical criteria for case management within CAT. * Coordinate and provide medical guidance, telemedicine, and clinical case follow-up services. * Analyze and validate medical claims according to cash-flow policy terms. (Only when necessary) * Develop, review, and improve current medical protocols and operational procedures. (CAT – Corporate Health – On-site) * Design and coordinate occupational risk prevention programs. * Implement and coordinate health, wellness, and workplace surveillance campaigns. * Propose strategies for continuous improvement. * Prepare medical and statistical reports on activities. * Support budget planning for the medical department. * Supervise and train newly hired or substitute medical staff. * Participate in client meetings to present results and recommendations. * Maintain effective communication with complementary departments (CAT–Medical Networks–Operations–HR). * Administrative knowledge and proficiency in Office software, CRM systems, and multimedia platforms GOTO / MEET / ZOOM.
