Responsibilities include: * Developing and monitoring production plans. * Analyzing capacity and resolving constraints. * Preparing reports and charts on progress and variances. * Overseeing planners at large sites. * Participating in strategic decision-making (SIOP, continuous improvement). Requires **excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills**, ERP experience, and preferably APICS CPIM certification.
