Manage and maintain customer portfolios Crédito SI is looking for a Credit Manager! We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional with solid experience in group lending. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of credit executives, ensuring achievement of sales and collections objectives. Requirements: \- Proven experience in door-to-door loan sales and collections. \- Extensive experience in disbursing group loans. \- Ability to efficiently manage and handle portfolios exceeding 8 million. \- Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of motivating and directing a team of credit executives. \- Excellent assertive communication skills, both verbal and written. \- Ability to work autonomously and self-manage, making efficient and effective decisions. \- Resilience and ability to manage portfolio attrition. Responsibilities: \- Supervise and direct the credit executives’ team in proper loan disbursement and collections. \- Develop and implement sales and collections strategies, ensuring attainment of established objectives. \- Manage and maintain customer portfolios, guaranteeing their growth and retention. \- Identify potential credit risks and take preventive measures to mitigate them. \- Report and analyze results achieved, proposing corrective and improvement actions when necessary. \- Maintain constant communication and coordination with other company departments.
