We are seeking a GenAI / Applied AI Software Engineer to join one of our client's team and contribute to ongoing AI and automation initiatives within contact center and BPO environments. This role is ideal for a hands\-on engineer who enjoys building real\-world AI solutions in production — not just prototypes. You will work on voice AI, automation pipelines, data processing, and AI\-powered customer experience solutions in a multi\-cloud environment. You’ll collaborate with a small, senior team while being trusted to operate autonomously and ship practical solutions. **What You’ll Work On:** * AI\-powered voice agents and conversational AI * Sentiment analysis and conversation intelligence * Backend automation and workflow orchestration * AI\-assisted redaction of sensitive data (e.g., credit cards) * Data pipelines feeding AI systems * Integration of AI tools into existing enterprise systems **Requirements:** * Design and implement applied AI solutions in production environments * Integrate LLMs, AI services, and automation tools into business workflows * Collaborate on system architecture across multi\-cloud environments (AWS/Azure) * Build scalable, secure, and compliant solutions * Evaluate and integrate new AI tools pragmatically and cost\-effectively * Contribute code directly and participate in technical decision\-making **Requirements:** * 5\+ years backend/software engineering experience (Python preferred) * Proven experience implementing AI solutions in real business contexts * Experience with APIs and system integrations (FastAPI or similar) * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) * Understanding of data privacy and security best practices * Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding * Strong problem\-solving mindset and pragmatic thinking * Experience in contact centers, BPO, or CX tech * Familiarity with workflow tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, n8n) * Familiarity with LLM\-based applications and concepts like Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) **Nice\-to\-have:** * Experience with Amazon Connect or voice AI systems * Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC, PCI) * C\# experience :
