Job Summary: We are seeking a sales representative to promote construction products, implement digital marketing strategies, provide customer service, manage sales and after-sales activities, as well as handle administrative tasks. Age: Over 25 years old BASE SALARY + COMMISSION Apply various digital marketing strategies to attract new customers, respond to their inquiries, and ultimately close sales. Experience in telephone sales. Responsible for customer service and promotion of the company’s website. * Post new products or services. * Keep listings, prices, and stock levels updated. * Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels. * Handle after-sales service, including complaint resolution. * Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics department for delivery or shipment of sold goods. * Manage social media and digital advertising campaigns. * Perform administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, consolidating sales, monitoring payment confirmations, etc. * Analyze competitors and propose improvements. * Knowledge of nationwide shipping across Mexico.
