Coordination with operational teams and handling of special requests A prestigious restaurant group (Contramar, Entremar, Caracol de Mar, and Itacate del Mar) is looking for a **Bilingual Telephone Reservation Specialist** for its corporate team. The position focuses on providing professional service to national and international customers and managing reservations for high-demand restaurants. Responsibilities * Answering and following up on telephone calls in Spanish and English. * Recording, confirming, modifying, and canceling reservations. * Using and managing digital reservation platforms (OpenTable). * Entering and updating data in internal systems. * Coordinating with restaurant operational teams. * Clearly communicating policies, hours, and guidelines. * Addressing special requests and customer handling. * Managing high call volumes. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in telephone reservations or customer service. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Experience with OpenTable or other reservation systems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work 100% on-site.
