




**POSITION: Customer Support Engineer for International Clients** Location: Pachuca, Hidalgo Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Description:** Provide technical and commercial support to international customers regarding electrical equipment and industrial instrumentation. Prepare quotations, track orders, communicate with suppliers, and use technical English at 100% proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and follow up with international customers. * Prepare quotations and technical proposals. * Provide technical support for Terasaki, Sigtronic, VEGA, and Enerkeit products. * Manage orders, documentation, and international logistics. * Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and distributors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or related field. * Full proficiency in English (spoken, written, and technical). * Experience supporting international customers. * Knowledge of electrical equipment and instrumentation. **Competencies:** Effective communication Customer service Organization Technical analysis Teamwork **We Offer:** * MXN $20,000 net monthly salary * MXN $2,000 restaurant allowance * MXN $600 grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Major medical expense insurance Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
