Our proposal includes: * **Compensation:** MXN 55,000–65,000 gross (100% direct nominal) plus statutory and above-statutory benefits including vouchers, savings fund, life insurance, and comprehensive medical insurance extendable to family members, and a 30-day year-end bonus. **Relocation support is available (moving, travel, and accommodation) if required.** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with availability to handle incidents. * **Work Location:** Onsite, Celaya, Ciudad Industrial neighborhood, or Monterrey, Nuevo León. **What We’re Looking For?** * 5 years of experience as: data governance analyst, specialist, or coordinator. * Fluent conversational English. * 3 years of advanced knowledge of Data Governance frameworks (Data Management Association, DCAM, DMBook or similar). Policy management, regulatory compliance, and data handling (access policies, identity management, roles and profiles, Data Steward). * 3 years of experience with data protection and privacy regulations (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares [LFPDPPP], GDPR, ISO, ITIL). * 2–3 years of experience with data governance platforms such as: Collibra, Alteryx, Atlan, Alation, Informatica Axon, IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog, SAP MDG, or others. * Extensive experience in area management, reporting, SLAs, service levels, KPIs, metrics, capacity planning, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN 60,000.00 – MXN 65,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Comprehensive medical insurance * Life insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have fluent conversational English? * Can you work Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., in Celaya or Monterrey?
